If you have a Jenny Lind crib did you take the wheels off? Right now they are on but we are transitioning DD to her crib soon so I'm thinking I should take them off.
They dont seem to have brakes or anything and we have hardwood floors. They drive me crazy!

It rolls everywhere. I can't imagine it's save if she'd use her weight in there. I'll try a piece of gripper stuff we have for lining cabinets. I'll also try popping the wheels out and see what it does to my back.
We have the wheels on. It makes changing crib sheets 10000x easier because I can just roll the crib away from the wall to tuck in the sheets on that side and fix the crib skirt when I'm done.
DD's crib in on hardwood and it doesn't roll around. She managed to move it slightly once when she was crying and grabbing the crib rails. Maybe she'll be able to move it a little more as she gets bigger, but I still don't see how that would be unsafe.
