Our school lacks a SLP right now AND the agreement is not being followed through as we are to have a team meeting and the case manager was not planning on inviting anyone to it but her and I.

I was afraid of this. Did you get through to the case manager that you need everyone on the team in attendance?
I'm so sorry that you are still facing all these problems after the road you've traveled. Seriously, I think it might be time you hired an attorney just to scare them. It seems clear that no matter how many times you come at them, they are just going to continue doing their own thing. I wonder if this would continue if your attorney contacted them about their noncompliance instead.
My lawyer is in Westfield and was the only reason our case was resolved as well as it was. If you want his information, p.m. me, and I'll be happy to share.
I am waiting for her to respond. The mediation agreement says team meeting. This is exhausting! I'm waiting for the Supervisor to contact me back too. I am told they wait to start related services and can until day 10 after school starts. My IEPs say differently. I've already had to put in a call to the new director this year about the little one. The case manager was trying to violate his iep even after I read and quoted it to her.
Volunteer Lawyers for Justice said they would do it for us.

I think this is similar to a conversation I had with auntie on the nest, where she said that most IEPs don't specify services by saying "x number of days a week," because they want to allow for some wiggle room. As a result, most IEPs she's seen write it something like, "x number of sessions a year." I explained that all the IEPs and service plans I've seen were written the first way, and that it was my understanding that the state/courts allowed the schools/districts some leway for when school starts/finishes or when there are unusual circumstances.
