Other than the ice cream I ate on Tuesday, I'm still going strong. I don't really have a desire to eat noncompliant food right now. We'll see how the weekend goes.
It was my birthday yesterday so I had Mexican but I only ate half my meal and took the rest home and limited myself to one serving of chips/salsa (I actually mentally counted the chips!)
And no alcohol.
So mostly compliant, which is in keeping with my 80/20 rule.
One thing I am doing is not bringing in junk to the house, so no buying chips, ice cream, cookies, etc. If it's not there, I don't eat it and if I do want something, I'll have to go out and get it as a one-time thing.
We had a big carnival at school this evening complete with some amazing food trucks. While it smelled good, I really didn't want pizza, ice cream or grilled cheese. Ok, maybe the grilled cheese!
