I feel like James and I always have something going on or coming up. Like a plan or a trip or a change or something. Things things tend to rule our conversations. If not that, we are talking about Tman. We will ocassionally talk about work or something else, but I feel like we don't really talk to each other most of the time. I don't know what we should be talking about. We don't have distance or anything, but I wonder if when these things/plans/trips are done and when Tman is grown, are we not going to know each other?
So, what do you talk about? I purposely put this here on this board because I tihnk it's really easy for parents to let their relationships with their spouse revolve around their kids, and I am curious how you get around that.
There's not really anything we don't talk about. Politics/news, J, future children, travel/dream house daydreams, his work, fears, parenting, lots of planning, etc.
I don't think there is anything we don't talk about. Friends, family, schedules, work, house, future plans, parenting, the kids, projects, sexy time stuff, politics, current events.
trips/kids/bigplans is mostly what we talk about, but we also talk about work, investments, friends-their lives/kids/work, some politics, current events, shopping..
