I don't know enough about this stuff to say anything, but I hope everything is okay!!
Do you have a history of passing out? Like has it ever happened before?
If it makes you feel better, at least 10 times a day, and all throughout the day not just in the morning or at night, I get little dizzy spells. Nothing enough for me to worry about, I just feel like if someone pushed me I would definitely fall over.
Hopefully it's just because it's early and your hungry. Go eat something and keep us updated!

Drink lots of water. I don't know anything about passing out, but it's so easy to get dehydrated while you are pregnant. Take it easy and call the nurse's line maybe?

Thanks friends.
I've had some food and water and am feeling quite a bit better now. I'm going to call at 8 when they open for weekend appointments and leave a message for a nurse. I'm sure everything is fine, just blood sugar/blood pressure. But holy hell, rough start to the morning.

Well that's scary! I'm sure the pregnancy is fine, and maybe it was related, like the others have said you could be hungry or dehydrated. Take good care of yourself today!
Not that passing out is ever a *good* thing, but dizziness and light-headedness are very common in pregnancy, so it probably means your body is doing exactly what it should be. I had a few times I had to sit down because I felt light headed.
I asked the nurse about it and she said it's caused by your veins widening to accommodate the greater blood flow, but that lowers your blood pressure to the point that you feel light headed. It'll go away as your body catches up with blood production, but I had it happen a few times during first and second tri.

The nurse was so sweet. Doesn't think anything is wrong and told me to eat a lot today, drink a lot of fluids, and get spoiled so that's all I plan to do. I have an u/s Wednesday, and my instinct is that everything is fine.
I passed out in my second tri during a nursing school clinical in the OR. I ended up having really low blood pressure during my pregnancy and would get really dizzy really fast when I was on my feet for too long. My doctor wasn't overly concerned, just advised me to drink more water and up my salt intake.
Like others said could be BP. I had a couple spells during my first tri where I had to lay my head down at work. Drink plenty of water and if you have to put a fan on yourself. I can tell now on the weekends if I haven't had enough water because I get super dizzy. It's easy when I'm at work but on the weekends I sometimes drink nothing until the afternoon which really affects me.
