20? I haven't really been counting since I have cheated and I knew everyone would tell me to start over, which wasn't going to happen
My consistent cheat has been using butter. I don't have the patience to clarify it and too cheap to buy ghee. I have had tiny bits of yogurt and grains here and there, but practically microscopic compared to my old ways. This can definitely be a longer term thing for me. I hope to stay around 95% compliant, with as close to 100 as possible on week days.
We've been doing really well. We went to a vegan restaurant yesterday and we both ate kelp noodles with steamed kale, carrots, avocado and tahini. OMG! It was so good! And we didn't have to cook! I think we are on day 19, I think?
Oh I've cheated here and there with gum. I don't take a full slice, just a portion. I chew gum when I run. I had a splash of almond milk in my coffee at a cafe this morning. Some stuff is just hard to avoid when you go out.
Day 27. My first cheat was day before yesterday and it's gone downhill from there..lol. I'm sick & feeling weak resistance. Well today I ate on plan except a corn tortilla when I was out at lunch & there is slim pickings for dinner. My weightloss really slowed down but I'm at ~20lbs lost. I'm still gonna stay generally on plan for a while but not sure what'll I'll do long term.
