Not wambam, but I love the idea of it becoming a whole 30 and paleo board. It is great for motivation!
I am looking forward to the pot roast that is In the oven. This week is more about whatever veggies sound good to us each night, so it will be refreshing not to have a new recipe every day. We have plenty of chicken and spices to choose from!
I had one bite of birthday cake last night at my bff's mom's 60th surprise party! Do I have to start over? I thought it was good, but I really didn't want anymore. And there was so much good appetizers at this party, it was hard not to want to have good cheese, etc. jenny1980, this was at El Gaucho. I also wanted a drink, but the $20 price tag for a cocktail was more of a turn off.

Today was the most off plan day I've had. I finally had some bread in the form of French toast. Wasn't crazy about how it made me feel afterwards, but it was tasty while I was eating it. I guess that it just confirms that gluten is not that great for me. Looking forward to being back on plan tomorrow.

Day five...
I worked all weekend and didn't get home until 8 PM, so my dinner for the last three nights have basically been a spoonful of cashew butter. So this week, I am planning to make some actual meals! Avocados will definitely be involved!
