I just ordered nars barbara since I got an email saying it was back in stock.
I still haven't found a tester of this anywhere to try it!
I took the plunge and bought anita online and since I love the formula, I bought some others during the sale. I figure I can return it if I don't like it but I won't get many chances to buy it at discount if I do. and so I enable myself...

I jacked up my eyeliner and didn't have time to fix it. It's probably only obvious to people 2 inches away from my face, but it's annoying me. It's uneven and I think I made it worse trying to fix it.
I can't seem to get a smooth line, either with a brush or a pencil. It's line my eyelids are bumpy. Any ideas?

No pic, I was in an uber rush and of course the one I took was yuck. But for the Smokey eye challenge, here is the YouTube video I based my eye make up on today.

Bobbi Brown has an eye brightener. There was a noticeable difference the 15 minutes I had it on. I tried it out at Nordstrom's beauty trend show a few weeks ago.
So these are my dark circles. Even with layers of NYX HD concealer and maybelline age rewind illuminator. Actually looks better in the photo.
If the corrector doesn't work what else do I need to try? Amazing concealer again?
I may dd the photo.
Have you tried one of the salmon/peachy colored concealers? Emilynoel (beauty broadcast) is a big fan of that approach. she has a couple of videos where she talks about covering darkness (she had pregnancy melasma and did a whole video on concealing that). I think I remember her saying that she liked a bobbi brown one and an It Cosmetics one. and I forget what else.

Satin Hands is a must have. It's been a long time since I've used their stuff but I remember loving it. Their make up remover was the best. Until I went really red with my hair, one of their lipsticks was my favorite. Then the color looked weird after hair color change. Still sad about that. I like how you can create custom eye shadow palettes.
In other news, I think the Marc Jacobs gold skyline is a holy grail product for me. It is perfect highlighter for the inside corner of my bottom lash around the tear duct. It also stays put and lasts and lasts and lasts, which was something the NYX slide on bronze liner wasn't so good at.
My 7 minute face...was running late for parent teacher conferences, so I didn't have time for the smokey eye challenge.
Eyes are Vice 3 Truth all over, Reign in crease, Brokedown in outer V. No eyeliner, just Lights Camera Lashes mascara. Cheeks are MAC fever. Lips are BeneBalm.
And I think I fixed the weird distortion on my Samsung Galaxy S5 - took it off wide screen 16:9 and put it on 4:3. So much better.
I'm a couple pages late on the Sheer Transformation love, but I wanted to add to it.
About a year ago I bought a whole kit that included that to try it out. It made my face freak out. With everyone saying how much they loved it I decided to try a sample of just the Sheer Transformation. My skin looks incredible! I think changing all the products at once caused a problem. Just adding that to my regular routine is perfect. I actually gave away the previous set so I had to go out and buy it this weekend. I'm glad I tried it out before the 20% off expired. I'm really excited with the way my skin looks right now and I hope it lasts. For the past 2 years or so, it has been a nightmare.
