The rock n play bouncer is good is you want them to sleep in your room or anywhere else if you are not using a pnp or bassinet. We used the RNPs for a few months when the kids slept in our room-loved them. We got a lot of use out of the bouncer seats too. I would keep that over the RNP if you want to cut one. Keep the swing and activity center too!

Our son slept in the RNP for the first 2 months and then we used it for a place to put him while I was doing things in our bedroom. We used his bouncy seat in the living room. We got both as shower gifts and loved them both
Oh, and instead of an exersaucer, I'd get a jumperoo. It's also something I'd definitely buy used unless you're running out of things for people to buy you.
I agree, get them all. We have all of those plus a jumperoo, two pack and plays, a travel swing, a bumbo, and two pack and plays. Yeah it all gets used. We have an activity mat too, DS1 loved it but we are not using it as much this time.

We just use the Rock N Play (not that one but the more plain one). We carry it between the kitchen/living room and our bedroom/bath. We don't have or use a bouncer. I figured that the RNP would be used longer - by weight - than the bouncer. I don't really know if they have weight limits but it just looks bigger.
We also have an activity mat and an exersaucer for when he's a little older. He does lay on the activity mat. We use that for tummy time and just to listen to the music and try to hit the toys. He also uses the boppy for tummy time since I don't really use it for nursing anymore.
We didn't buy the rug until we got rid of the coffee table. We needed it for the first two months to put the bouncer on to stare at the baby and question what to do with it

We have all of them (swing, bouncer, RNP, as well as a jumperoo). We have used them all a lot. My baby had really bad reflux and slept in the swing for a long time. I used the bouncer upstairs and the RNP downstairs. I didn't like lugging things around the house.

Like everyone else has said, keep them all on the list. You never know what your baby will or won't like and it's nice to have a variety of places for them to hang out when they are really little. Granted, our bouncer never got used because J HATED it, but he made up for it by living in the swing for the first 3 months.
DS *loved* his RnP as did I. He slept in it until 4 months, and was great to move around the house while going to the bathroom, cooking, dinnertime etc... RnP was our fav baby item until he grew out of it. We took it to other houses (parents, friends etc...) to hold him/nap in. It folds nicely for travel.
We have the same bouncer and FYI it is bulky but the part that holds the baby is small. DS grew out of it at about 2 months, i think we used it all of twice. I would not buy it again looking back.

We used the Fisher Price Rainforest Bouncer for DS and he used it until about 6 months--only stopped using it cause he kept trying to roll out of it, even with the strap on. Height and weight he still had room to grow
