No, that's not liverwurst. Liverwurst is grey-ish. Think pate. Looks like bologna more than anything.

The one from Israel looks yummy.
The tea is probably not sweet in the Austin one. Unsweet tea tends to be more common in Texas, especially central and west Texas.
