Still no newborn photos or contact from photographer. I'm literally sick to my stomach over this. 3 emails, 3 voicemails, a Facebook message and friend request and nothing....at this point I want my money back so I can hire someone else quick. I really don't know what to do at this point

i'm so sorry. i'd file a dispute with your credit card company that you paid with. that'd probably be the easiest way to get your money back.

I really think in your site I would gave a lawyer send her a letter. would be well worth the cost to get your NB photos.

A friend of mine just posted a bunch of family pics she had taken with your photog so I just sent her a message to ask if she had any better contact info

does she have yelp reviews? i would leave some calm/collected reviews saying, "hey, it's been a X months, i haven't seen my pictures. any update?"

She has one review. My problem is I do one thing and give her x amount of time to respond then try something else. It's added up to 6 weeks at this point! I will definitely try that though too

Keep me posted. She doesn't have a physical studio, does she? One of the most recent posts on her blog is the session for another local photographer; you could contact her, too.

Do you know when she had photos done? Is she not freaking out?
