Well for a day or two, easy things like rice, banana, slimfast shake, crackers
For an extended time...I really try and make myself eat solid food...bland is the way to go so I typically do like pasta (with butter/salt), chicken, broccoli, soup, a cheese sandwich...pick something you can eat and try to eat as much as you can
I saw your post on SO. You should start with your PCP - they can at least get you started on an AD.
I don't want ADs. I'm eating chicken breast as we speak. I don't feel like I have overall depression. I have a situational issue that I'm going to address. I appreciate the suggestion, I do have xanax that I take as needed. Funny thing is I have only taken one in a month.
Eta: you actually met him. Can you belive I'm fucked up over THAT guy?
If I don't want to eat and it is a one off meal, I don't eat. If I need to eat because it has been a while or whatever, then I will go with a protein shake.
