Doesn't matter what day you are on: What are you proud of? Did you resist a food that was previously irresistible? Are you performing better in your work outs? Can you fit into your "skinny" jeans again? Inspire us!
I went in to two bakeries yesterday and didn't get a single pastry. Even my husband was shocked that I resisted. And I am still not craving them, which is awesome.
That's great kona! I still try to avoid going to places that will have yummy non compliant foods.
I have a real sugar addiction. I literally don't know if I have gone a single day without refined sugar in two years prior to this plan. So it's shocking and exciting to me that it's not on my mind at all.
I haven't had a workout this week but I look forward to a long one tomorrow.

I shared mine in the daily check-in, but we ordered pizza and cake for my manager's birthday today, and I are my chili and pear I had brought from home. And I told my mom that I was doing this so that it won't be weird when I don't eat anything she is serving at her Origami Owl party this week!

I just used ground beef and pork, diced tomatoes, some cumin, chili powder, and paprika, and lots of onions and peppers and a jalapeƱo. Mostly my usual recipe but without the beans.
I also really like the chocolate chili and Cincinnati chili recipes Melissa Joulwan has because I'm from that area, but it's a very different kind of chili.
