Chicken wraps with lavash, cooked chip, garlic sauce (basically whipped garlic purée and oil - I am addicted), lettuce and other veggies, maybe some hummus mixed with Greek yogurt, cantaloupe, breaded chicken breast for the boys (TJ's).

We had bad Chinese. Our favorite Chinese takeout place closed for the month of July while the owners went home to China, and our first order after it reopened was bad. We thought it was a fluke, and ordered again tonight, and it was bad again. My cashew chicken seemed like it had been made in a crock pot, not a wok. It was all mushy, even the cashews. DH's pad thai wasn't as bad, but it used to be much better. So I guess we to have to find a new Chinese place. Boo.
We had spaghetti squash with a bolognese sauce made with ground sausage, and a salad tossed with homemade creamy balsamic dressing.
I made the sauce in the crockpot, and tossed in the squash scrapings so they could cook in the sauce itself. SO GOOD that way. I also threw in a handful of diced yellow and orange peppers.
Thanks, snipsnsnails for the idea. You had mentioned spaghetti squash this week, and I bought my first of the season at the market this morning.

The fridge was rather empty. So I ended up with a small bowl of half Cinnamon Toast Crunch and half Fiber One. I wanted to dive into a bag of Oreos but resisted.
