Are there foods that are W30 compliant that you are finding you need to limit or avoid because they are triggering for you? (Brought to you by our fruit discussion yesterday)
Day 9. For me it's just the fruit. Everything else so far has been working for me. I'm cool eating fruit with other things. But on it's own it just causes a blood sugar spike for me I think.
I haven't really found any trigger foods yet but I'm really liking it! Somehow I ended up with butternut and spaghetti squash on this week's menu. Can too much squash be a bad thing?

IME, no. Neither of those are particularly carb dense. I would be shocked if you found that squash was inhibiting progress.

Okay great! I'm not like eating several full squash a day or anything. Just around two or three cups and I have other veggies in there as well.

Day 2 for me too. Yesterday went great, and I'm about to eat lunch now (already prepared). I have to go back to the store to buy some more meat tomorrow since the store H went to over the weekend had limited variety/quantity of grass-fed/free-range/organic stuff. Also just turned down Ren Fest tickets for the weekend before I finish because no way am I dealing with my drunk friends while stone cold sober, lol.

For me its also just the fruit. I thought maybe coconut milk would have the same effect but it really doesn't and I only have it on my coffee on the weekends.

Day 14!
I am not craving anything. I eat anywhere from one to three servings of fruit with no issues.
I did probably have a small amount of sugar last night in a marinade for chicken. It was grilled, and some of it maybe was grilled off. I was at a friend's and didn't want to be a total PITA. I did eat my potato without butter though! And I feel fine today.
