Nothing healthy for me today unless staining the fence this afternoon counts as healthy. But at least I managed to get out of the house pretty quick this morning.

I was going to go on a bike ride today, but I forgot I was racing tomorrow, so I might just go on a quick run. I need to go up to Green Lake to return a dress. But other than that it's an easy day!
I'm tired. I woke up freezing and I turned the heater on. Well I forgot to set the temp so it got up to 90 in our bedroom so now I'm not feeling so hot because of that.
I'm also thinking I'm going to need to not watch the news or read FB because I couldn't care less about the Olympics and it is pretty much all I have read about this morning.
I have to be at work in just over an hour and I haven't even gotten out of bed yet. I plan on hitting snooze at least once more before I do.
hey everyone! tonight we're having a family dinner for my dad's and my birthday and then tomorrow H has something planned that's a surprise tomorrow night we're going to torchlight though!

Rehearsal went really well last night. I hadn't seen our venue in a year since we signed our contract, so I felt like a giddy little kid on Christmas when I walked in.
Unfortunately I have been so busy that I really haven't had much chance to do healthy stuff. I haven't run since Warrior dash, and food hasn't been super. Luckily tonight my maid of honor is making a really yummy grilled chicken and cilantro/line sauce that I am very excited about. She is also cooking some healthy breakfast tomorrow to keep me on track, and I need to have a plan for a light lunch or else I am sure I will forget tomorrow in the midst of all the wedding chaos.
Lauralynne - I'm tired just reading about your weekend plans! Good luck and hope you find some time to sleep in the middle of all that!
AshleyP - congrats and happy wedding day!
H and I were both exhausted last night, so we skipped the gym and went out for Japanese food. I was good and just had a cucumber salad and a small order of sashimi, but walking the dog was the extent of my exercise. I'm not entirely sure what our plans are for the weekend, but they include saying goodbye to our best friends who move to Arizona on Tuesday I'm not much help with the moving aspect with my stupid wrist, but BFFs H's bday is Sunday so we have a bday party planned for him. I've been dreading this weekend. I also have to work some, but hopefully not too much.

Good morning! I was good yesterday and got in a good workout at the gym, even though I would rather have hung out on my patio drinking a beer and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
Tonight I'll be going to a friend's Bridal Shower. Saturday I will be in workout mode again, and same with Sunday.

i went to the doctor this morning...my dad showed at my house at 6:30am..and i was more shocked (and walking around topless in my underwear) that i couldn't react. i was in the laundry room, so i threw on a shirt and let him in. h and i discussed, and we'll let him watch the baby today (friday is my dad's "scheduled day" to watch the baby), and we just won't ever-ever mention how they're paying for my brother's thingy, and we will not lend them the money..
so the doctor weighed me today and yay! seriously..i have not weighed this little since the year of the wedding..i know it's only been 2 years since i've been this weight, but it still feels pretty awesome. however, my dr suggested ab workouts. booo
i'm super excited today is my last day of late-shift, but i know 4am monday morning, i'll be wishing i was still working the late shift!!
have a great friday/weekend everyone!! i told h that i didn't care what we did this weekend, as long as i could wear my new shoes! (he suggested frisbee golf, and i vetoed that!)
I met up with a friend last night, and walked around Green Lake. It was so nice! Then we went and had a late dinner, and hung out some more so I'm pretty tired today. I usually wake up well before my alarm goes off, but not so much this morning. I was in disbelief that it was actually time to get up when it went off this morning!
Not much going on this weekend. Tomorrow is my & H's anniversary... Things are still up in the air as to if we're actually going to remain separated & eventually divorce. Ugh. Such a roller coaster. But, I plan on staying busy tomorrow to keep my mind off everything. Avoidance is the name of the game for tomorrow.
Falling off the banwagon here - haven't had much time to workout the last few days and yesterday I ate waaayy too much. I was super hungry. Scale shows today and I'm sure the weigh for the week will be sad.

Happy Wedding Eve AshleyP!! DEF plan something for lunch tomorrow because you WILL lose track tomorrow if you don't. Put someone on "feed AshleyP" duty to make sure you have light snacks throughout the day and LOTS of water.
I was craving beef again, just wanted a burger so badly but didn't want to go to the grocery or cook so we tried the burger place in Renton we always drive by. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad. I was having a food tantrum so split fries with H. BUT, I was a really good girl and took a long walk in the evening to earn back those dinner calories. I went to bed so proud of myself for going for the walk and ending back on calorie count. Then this morning I realized I forgot to log the little breakfast bar thing I had right when I got home because I was starving. I feel sad and defeated.
I have a massage tomorrow morning and then am supposed to hang out with my sister all day tomorrow doing who knows what. I usually love seestar day, I don't know why its been seeming like it will be a chore tomorrow. Maybe just because I've had stuff every single Saturday this month and have have often been feeling really poor on Sunday for x number of reasons, so I can't get anything done. Can't finish painting the bookcase, my house and yard need drastic intervention

I went to crossfit this morning, but my staff didn't eat the cupcakes I bought them, so now I HAVE to eat them. Also it's friday, so I get to have an adult beverage when I get home too (I set a no drinking on school nights rule for myself, except special occasions).
Busy week end for me. I have the bridal shower on Sunday and I need to clean the house to get ready. H and I have a date night tomorrow night. We are going to watch Batman at iPic and go for a six mile run. We are also going to eat cheese burgers as a reward for our run. I can't wait!
