I am on day 23. I still really want to eat a cupcake and maybe a loaded baked potato. While drinking a cocktail. I really thought that my desire for these foods would be gone, but I don't know how realistic that was. Anyway, I was just wondering what most of you have done after the whole 30- did you go back to eating like you did before or did you keep some things out of your diet? If you reintroduced foods, did you follow the Whole 30 plan of reintroduction? Or did you just dive right back in? I can see myself doing something like eating Whole 30 compliant foods 90% of the time, but having the occasional bear or cocktail, some rice or other non-compliant foods occasionally.
If you've never done the W30 reintroduction plan, I highly recommend it. I realize this adds more days to your restriction, but it can be incredibly enlightening.
I did it my first W30 and realized a blatant wheat allergy (though this was my original reason for doing a W30). For what it's worth, I eat white rice and some sugar on the regular now.

I'm planning on following the reintroduction plan to the letter because my main reason for doing Whole 30 is to discover any food sensitivities I may have since I've had such terrible stomach problems the last few years with no clear diagnosis from the doctor. Unfortunately, I'm still having lots of problems since I started W30, but since I'm only on day 3 I figure that I can't really judge anything yet. After that, I plan to eat a paleo diet for the most part, but this will somewhat depend on the results I get over the next month and a half.

Thanks all. I am sure I should do the re-introduction slowly, I just don't want to, ha! I think I will try it though. I am certainly seeing some encouraging positives from the diet. Of course, I am supposed to start my period tomorrow and the thought of a period without sugar makes me want to cry. (Joking, kind of)
