So October 1st is for September? I have to double check though.

Ok we have navy fed and h says it usually hits before the first and is for the previous month. (I would've checked this myself but somehow navy fed won't let me change my password and says I have the wrong one lol) Also. People have said the amount varies monthly and I can say ours has only varied on the months he is not in school the entire month (August, December, January).
