Day 5! H is cooking a brisket tomorrow that we can have for lunch and dinner. And I'm doing a big shopping trip tomorrow so we can have a little more variety in next week's meals. We don't have any plans this weekend that should derail us, so that's good!
Day 12. My challenge on the weekends is to stick to three main meals instead I snacking. I also think I eat too much fruit on the weekends. So I just need to add a little more structure to my weekend schedule, at least in terms of meals.
Well, I've introduced, alcohol, bread, cheese, popcorn and chips! Lol! So yummy, but something I don't want to do all of the time. I went out for rainbow bingo with my friends and then stayed for hours at a divey pool table bar. So much fun, but Ew, no, not for a long while.
