I want to get DS a little climber set with a slide. He is 14 months. I've looked online at amazon, target, wal mart and wayfair. I am trying to find a sale but I don't know where else to look. Any suggestions? And any recommendations of playsets to buy or avoid are welcome too.
ssmjlm - I looked at that one online but the swing looks really low and DH and I are tall! is it a pain to push?
@notquiteblushing - oh yes, I forgot I've been perusing there. For whatever reason, I only saw 1 after scrolling through pages and pages of posts. Of course I emailed that person last night and have not gotten a response. Lame!
At 14 months, I'd get a regular wooden play structure with a slide and put a baby swing on it. We had one that came with our house when we bought it before DS was born, and at 14 months, he loved the swing and the slide. We started off having to pick him up and set him at the top of the slide, to helping him climb the "rock" steps to sled down, to spotting him while he climbed, to him climbing up on his own by the time he was 22-ish months.
I'd look into a wooden playset like above ^. At 19 months, DD can handle one by herself climbing up the stair and sliding down. She also loves the tire swing although she can't get in by herself yet.

We have the slide/climber one that other people posted. We keep it in the playroom (its the one without the swing). We just got a big playset for our backyard and I wish we had gotten it last summer when DD1 was 18 months old. My youngest is almost 11 months and we got her an infant bucket swing, but she also sits on the tire swing with her big sister and is start to go down the slide on her own.
