Netflix has Scandal seasons 1-3, OINTB season 1 and 2, Greys seasons 1-3. It also has House of Cards which you should watch. Its a really, really good show.
It has different seasons of different shows, so you might want to check for the series you specifically want.

Thanks so much for the response! And for the House of Cards rec.
I've never done Hulu - do you, or anyone else know if that's a better option for catching entire series? I've invested a lot of time in greys, for example, and need to find the last couple seasons.

Hulu depends on the show and of course OINTB and House of Cards are Netflix-only shows. Hulu Plus has seasons 1-9 of Grey's and will have recent episodes from the current season, and will have the 5 most recent episodes of Scandal (so ATM that is just season 4 ep 1). I'm really happy with Hulu Plus and stay constantly subscribed, but only sporadically subscribe to Netflix.

skyesthelimit12, I love Call the Midwife so I'm glad I will have somewhere to watch it! We are finally cutting the cord so I am glad to see so many are happy with Hulu and Netflix!
The newest one I've started watching on Netflix that I love, About a Boy. It's funny and no one I know watches it. 2nd season starts this week I think on ABC or CBS or something.
If you like scary/horror genre, you should watch Hemlock Grove. Netflix original.
Oh and Witches of Eastend. I doubt I would have watched it if I didn't have Netflix. I don't normally watch Lifetime shows.
