I'm going to a (casual) wedding in Baltimore on Sat. I live in HI and haven't been in a cold climate for 5 years so I feel totally lost.
I bought an outfit at Macy's today and I need help on finishing it. If it's terrible please don't tell me. It's too late to change the actual outfit. I'm looking for accessory advice.
This is the skirt I got. Sorry, I couldn't get the photo to PIP.
I REALLY like the skirt. It's very flattering. the shirt is ok, but DH likes it b/c it's low cut. It was definitely the best thing I tried on. Anyhoo.
What kind of shoes should I get? Should I wear hose? If so, what color? This is such a weird time of year in that part of the country. I know it's been in the 80's recently but it's supposed to get colder later this week. Oh, the ceremony is outside.
Thanks for any help. I am so used to dresses and sandals that this is overwhelming me. You should have seen me trying on clothes today.

I would do a pair of simple black pumps. And a simple gold necklace. I mean this in a nice way, but leather skirt and leopard print top is already "a lot going on", you don't necessarily need any more that that. And no you don't need nylons, unless it will be really cold and you want to wear them.
Are you going to tuck the shirt in? I'm having a hard time picturing those together.
Yeah, I would go simple with the shoes since there is a lot going on with the leather skirt and leopard top. Black heels, simple gold jewelery, no hose.

it looks more wrappy on me than in the picture.
Any suggestions for a different shirt? I *might* have time to look more this week.

Forecast for Saturday in Baltimore is 70 and mostly sunny. I agree with simple jewelry, simple pumps, and hose if you want. The night time forecast is a chilly 55. If you'll be outside after dark you'll need a coat or jacket of some sort, such as a simple wrap-style trench. You could also think about ankle booties and tights if that's when the event will happen. I really like what you've chosen. Don't stress yourself. Have fun!

If you think the shirt works, then don't go shopping anymore! Just wear it and be confident.
