A plaid skirt. Actually, plaid anything. I love plaid, especially in the fall.
This! I can't get enough plaid this year. Almost every order I placed something plaid in it. I have gone mad for plaid. I went thrift shopping yesterday and found a plaid coat, 2 plaid pleated skirts and a ruffled plaid skirt. I need to stop. LOL! And I am currently craving to buy plaid umbrella and rainboots from Talbots. But I am not allowed to buy them as an employee. Customers get first dib this time. They are selling out and I am sure there won't be any left for me.
Omg I love those boots. Do they frequently restrict things you can buy? I have a 25% coupon with free shipping code maybe I should check those out. You could also have my code because I don't 'need' rain boots but I think it's account connected maybe?
You should get them! I just placed my order as a customer and used my 15% off birthday discount. Thank you though! This restriction is new for some reason. Usually I am allowed to buy anything in the store with my 50% off anytime. Though these boots were not in my store so I had to order them online anyway.
I don't know what they will be, but I'll be getting brown boots. My only pair of boots has holes in the bottom of the heels and they aren't repairable. So, boots for me. (Darn!)
I'm torn about what style to get. I would like riding boots, but I also like to wear my boots under trousers to the office in winter, so I may get more of a classic style.
I like the look of these, but I don't know anything about this brand (these are Matisse Mary Riding Boots):
My last 2 pairs of boots have been aerosoles, but they have both had a rubber heel that wasn't replaceable, and I am pretty hard on my shoes and usually take shoes to be re-soled once or twice, but that's not an option on the rubbery ones. (Hard to describe here w/o a picture.) I'm open to something more expensive that I can get more life out of.
I actually went to look at the booties that I've been coveting tonight and they were ON SALE... so I took that as a sign that the universe wants me to have them, and I bought them:
