Day 16. Nobody in my house is eating on plan but I'm so focused that I don't really care. My H just eats his normal food and then we eat the same dinners but I might make him pasta or rice. He will usually also eat a big bowl of cereal later. It doesn't bother me.

Day 30!!
Very similar to ilovebed we go to lots of parties so that has been really hard, specially because everyone knows I never turn down birthday cake.
OT: Tomorrow is my bday and I already have a breakfast and dinner planned. I do not want to go sooo off track, I want to keep it pretty much the same. Unless its bday cake, then clearly I will have some bites. I wont be so strict starting tomorrow but don't plan on going buck wild either. I want to keep myself feeling as great as I do now.
I worked out this morning. Attempting to follow the meal guide that someone posted recently, I had my black coffee and a hand full of cashews for a pre workout snack and then I had two eggs scrambled with spinach and a banana for after my workout. So you think those are good choices?

The number of eggs you should consume at a time is the number of eggs you can hold in one hand. I bet you could hold a third egg

Day 21...ish. Ate off plan again today because we had boxes lunches at work. Kind of want to say screw it, but also don't want to.
My family and friends know I am doing this, but they are not involved. I do find this group helpful. I am in a FB group that can sometimes be lecture-y, which is not helpful. And I stopped going on the official Whole30 boards because I did not find them helpful.

That's funny, I hadn't heard that rule. These were huge farm fresh eggs so I got my full for sure. But I am pretty hungry for lunch already and it's 11:20 so I probably should have had a third. My 2 year old also steals a lot of my food so I didn't even really get my own two full eggs.

Also, for me, personally, eggs are not enough protein to keep me sated until my next meal. I need an additional protein source. So that might be something to experiment with.

Day 9.
My H is doing W30 with me, so that's the biggest support for me. Friends and family have been supportive too. I have lots of friends that eat paleo, so they get it.
