I'm up north but I'm quite happy to meet up in a central location. The question is...what sort of venue are people interested in? Food? Drinks only? Tex Mex, Spanish, Pub? I know a bunch of different places so happy to suggest a few:

Barrio Central - fun, good drinks, snack foods
La Perla - good for margaritas, can also get Mexican-ish food
The Marylebone - nice pub
The Wine Wharf or Beer Wharf - drinks & or dinner (British food)

There are more but these are a good assortment.
