I wouldn't say I have a familiar face but I look exactly the same as I did when I was a kid. It is kind of weird, you see pictures when I was 9 months old and I am very easily recognizable. What this means is I get a lot of people who recognize me from forever ago. I am also terrible with names. This has led to a lot of awkward encounters.

Yep, I get it often. My pink hair deters people now but when I was blonde/brunette, people would start conversations and then realize I'm not who they thought.
OMG, you do look familiar. But I don't know from where!!!!
I'm not kidding, I've gotten it on GBCN like 3 times alone. lol I often get "I know you from somewhere.... where did you go to school?? Where are you from? :::string of questions ensues:::"
I frequently get people telling me I look familiar (even one person who went on an on about how I looked like her dead grandmother), but for all I know, maybe I have met them. I'm horrible about placing faces and names out of context.
Yes. Never was this more prevalent than when I was backpacking around Europe with my BFF. So many guys told me I looked "just like" their ex-girlfriend it was a running joke. Granted, that could've been a godawful pickup line, but really, like ALL dudes of several nations thought that was good idea?
I don't think I do and I can't remember the last time (if ever) someone has thought so. Except for my sister. People would get us confused in college alll the time, even though I think our features are very different.

All look same?
Yes, all look same (wilted)
I mean, I get why it happens with the two of us. We are the same height and build. But our faces are different (duh) - people were always saying we could be twins except that she looks just like my mom and I look just like my dad. And, for the record, my mostly Eastern European mother and Filipino father don't look much alike, lol.

I actually used to use this line when a guy caught me staring. "Oh gosh! You look just like someone I used to date! I almost thought it was him for a second!" It's sort of flattering for the guy and it gets me off the hook for staring.
If I wanted to avoid the suggestion that I would possibly date him, and it was plausible, I'd tell him he looked like my brother.
I will never tire of all of @fucksticklegit's many faces. I'm still cracking up randomly today when I think of her heavy breathing face in the #spanxsex post.
I apparently had a doppleganger back in my early 20s. I got several people (in several different situations) ask if I had gone to a certain high school (that I didn't go to). Apparently there was another me at that school.

I get that I look like my sister a lot now that we are older (never as kids)and we look nothing alike. I have realized as we have gotten older that we have developed basically the exact same mannerisms and sarcastic cadence.

A boyfriend in college told me that I looked like Rebecca de Mornay. I think he meant "pretty" as opposed to "creepy" when he said that I looked just like her in The Hand that Rocks the Cradle.
