Ugh. I am livid. My ACS loans are on autopay through my bank and have been since I graduated.
Apparently, they changed how they apply payments, so my singular payment was only applied to 1 loan, not split between the 2 I have with them, and now one of my loans is delinquent.
I'm currently scanning my email for some notification that they were changing their billing practices. Please tell me this is some type of error. I am SO pissed (yes, I know some fault lies with me). So my payment was 14 days late and I was only made aware of it because I got a letter in the mail (that I didnt open for days, ugh!). Any hope that my credit wont be affected?
I tried calling them, but the automated phone system said that I can't be helped right now.
