Sewing FB groups like you to be all positive so this hot fucking mess cannot be properly dealt with in the forum where I found it. So I'm relying on you good people to help me not explode with snark and glee.
Need opinions. I made this for a friend who is getting married for the fourth time. She chose the design\fabric ands colors... it is how she wanted it but it seems to be missing something. I an not crazy about it for a wedding but she chose it but what do you think I can do to make it more wedding-ish. Thanks

Do sewing boards have trolls? Because this has to be a joke. It has to be.
If it is not a joke, then I personally will award a prize to whoever can first unearth on the Internet the photos from that wedding and reception and share them here.

They're getting married at the VFW hall. And please, go back and say that again with a serious southern accent because that's how I'm saying it.

I thought it was terrible as some kind of a home ec class Halloween outfit. For a wedding? Like, for the bride? Is this a drunk child bride walking down the aisle to Forever In Blue Jeans? No part of this outfit computes.

Ok, this is NMS, but it is sooooo much nicer than the original one posted. This says country lacy funky chic (I guess) and the other one looks like she took her grandmother's brothel dress and sewed it onto some old denim skirt.
So my suggestion Habs on how to make it more wedding-ish, is to burn it. Burn it to the ground with all the whoredom the pink with black lace represents.

I agree. The right person w/ the right look and right accessories could actually probably pull off that skirt. But what is in the OP? No words. well, one word: hideous.
Put these pics next to each other and you have an entry for a pintrest fail.
She says the woman hasn't found the right top yet. I told her she really should let it go until she sees the top because that will tell her everything she needs to know about whether she should even try.
I did not tell her to expect a Lynyrd Skynyrd tee.

Please be a kitty cat shirt, please be a kitty cat shirt. Or wolves. I would accept wolves.
