ETA: I just wanted to update on my anxiety and all that good stuff. I saw a psychiatrist Wednesday. I will put more details if you want. Lol I am not sure I want everyone to think I am a total nutcase.

Yes. How did that go? I have a friend who has social anxiety and she suffered for years because she was too anxious to even are a doctor about it.
