I have been a pescatarian for about 5 years. I want to try Whole 30 but I have heard it is harder to do and less successful as a vegetarian. I am considering adding organic chicken back into my diet in order to try Whole 30. Would that work, along with fish and eggs or do I really need to include other meats as well?
Also, I am interested in any program compliant simple chicken crock pot dishes.
I was a vegetarian, but I haven't been for a while. I eat eggs, fish, and chicken/turkey. No pork or red meat. I did Whole 30, no problem. It would definitely be harder w/ no chicken/turkey, but is totally do-able w/ eggs, fish, and chicken/turkey.
