We are post whole 30. My diet was good but not great. A little too much on the sweet side. It was like oh, I'll just have this with my coffee today, and then I did that every day. Also, too much rice. Like daily and I think it was making my tummy uncomfortable. The sweets definitely made me gain weight.
Now that we are done, we are mostly staying with the idea of Paleo. Dh tried bread and absolutely had a bad reaction. I have tried bread but did not have a reaction but would rather not eat much of it. I'm snacking a little in our staff room at break time, but I used to take seconds and thirds. Not anymore. A little is enough.
I could see that we might have to do it again in a couple of months, just to keep healthy.
Day 18. I'm getting a little frustrated bc I have really not lost any weigh in the past two weeks despite sticking strictly to the plan and upping my workouts. It's a bummer but I know there are other benefits.

Exactly why you shouldn't weigh yourself until day 31
I know. But I always weigh myself every day. I know it's not healthy. Maybe I should just put it away. But when I'm losing like I did the first week it's so encouraging and keeps me motivated and focused. I lost like 5 pounds the first week and only less than 2 total since then. I loss is a loss. I'll take it. I was just thinking it would be more. I have a lot of weight to lose.
