One of the biggest changes so far has been my after workout snack. I used to often eat potato chips and a chocolate protein shake. This week for Whole 30 I've been doing sweet potatoes and applesauce.
I feel like I've lost weight, but that's probably a total illusion since I'm only on Day 3. I feel a lot less bloated though for sure.
My exciting weekend plans include taking an accounting quiz and working on an ethics paper.
Yesterday was the first day that I didn't really stick completely to the plan. I didn't eat any non-compliant foods, but I just didn't eat dinner at all. It wasn't on purpose, but all of a sudden I realized it was 10 and was getting ready for bed and had never eaten.
No real plans, except for watching football tomorrow. I'm okay with that. I'm exhausted and could use a break.
Day 19. It's going to be a gorgeous fall weekend so we will probably so something outside. Maybe go to the beach. I like to go on a long walk with my toddler on Sunday mornings.
I had a dream last night that ate a big banana flavored laffy taffy. Haha. It was delicious but I still felt guilty in my dream!
