Maybe "International Living"? so as to not be confused with international travel.

I think it encompasses all of our INs: Posters living outside the US, non-US posters living in the US, either of the above who've repatriated but who can still contribute to the "international living" topic, and international relationships in general.

Yeah, "International Living" is probably a good way to phrase it. "International (non-travel)" would confuse me a little as a newbie, I think, and I also thought "International Families" sounded a little strange.
