So mrslefty cdmay @spun (and those who listened to me complain) I got an email back from photographer! I filed a complaint with BBB yesterday and an email this afternoon back from her saying I should get photos Monday! Ill be happy when I have the disc in my hands but just the fact I have contact after 3 months I'm happy that pictures don't seem to be lost.....

I guess BBB does indeed work! I'll make note of that.

She apologized and gave her reasons why. This could have been done months ago (I don't want to give her reasons here as they may be private). Frankly I just want my photos and don't need reasons. Cross your fingers she follows through now...

That is awesome news. Hopefully she follows through this time. As for excuses, I understand things happen unexpectedly and what not but as a business owner she should have given a heads up at least if the issues where that serious. Either way Im glad you are getting the pictures finally

Whenever we've had photos it's a link to a secure digital transfer service (Dropbox, etc.). Does she usually mail? I'm so mad for you for this whole dumb thing.

In the past she's mailed a disc and posted online...so I'd imagine I would know by now if she done

. But I can't imagine why she would finally contact me if she never planned on getting me my pictures. I'm clinging to hope

Yes it's pretty ridiculous at this point. Almost 4 months! And 3 months with no communication!

Nope! I'm beyond mad. I emailed again asking Saturday and no response. I don't understand why should we tell me they are in the mail and do online gallery if she wasn't planning on following through. Why respond at all?
