I'm trying the Turkish stuffed eggplant, the butternut, pork and spinach stew, the mocha rubbed pot roast, and the turkey and blue berry muffins.
will you please update/review the turkey and blueberry muffins. this seems so, so weird but i am intrigued. everything i have made from her has been good but i just don't know about that combinations. maybe i will try turkey and cranberries.

I'm going grocery shopping today and will probably cook a ton tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes. Cranberries do seem to make more sense.
FYI. Today I made the tomato soup recipe from the link I posted and it's delicious! I used the Royal Blossom brand of coconut milk. It has less of a coconut flavor.
I made the Turkish stuff eggplant or dinner but haven't eaten it yet. The stuffing part is yummy. Not a big fan of eggplant but hopefully it will be good all together.

Amazing. Make them. Do it now. I did mind with ground chicken.
chocolate chili was okay. the chili my h makes is definitely better. we are used to a lot more spice/heat so i think that was a big factor.
I love this chili recipe. It's been my go to chili for the past year or so. I make a huge batch and freeze it in the small Chinese soup containers (I order them from Amazon). They make the perfect lunch on the days that I've forgotten to make something or am too lazy.
Chicken Sausage/Apple Stuffed Squash is hands-down my favorite fall dish - I'm not really following a Paleo/Whole30 right now, but I've already made it once! I can't find the link, but it's really easy. Cut the acorn squash in half, scoop out the seeds. Put cut side down in the crockpot for 6-8hrs w/ ~1in of water (I usually do this overnight for breakfast). Cut up the Aidell's chicken apple sausage (they are compliant - I get big packs at Costco!) and saute in a frying pan. Take that out, put in some coconut oil in the pan. Chop up an apple and toss it with cinnamon until the apples are tender. Throw the sausage back in for a few min and mix together. Put it in the squash. AMAZING!
And yes I use the whole pound of bacon and do not drain the fat! It's great! I usually get the frozen wild salmon at Trader Joes.
ETA - A lot of these recipes have a zuchinni or butternut squash in them. DH hates all squash and he's not a picky eater at all so I usually avoid it for him. Is there a vegetable substitute that you can think of? Maybe broccoli.
