Within the last couple of weeks I've noticed when we're playing out in the yard she's slightly favoring one of her paws. I've looked at that paw and felt it all over, and it's not tender to the touch. She doesn't seem to favor it when walking, only when running. She did get stung by a hornet on that paw back in August. Could that still be bothering her all this time later? Do you think it's worth calling the vet about, or should I just continue keeping an eye on things for now? (All of her behavior is otherwise normal.)
How old is your pup? My 5yo sometimes does this, though not every day, when she has slept funny or has been laying in one spot too long. I think it is like when we get a "crick" in our neck's when we sleep wrong. After a little bit the limping seems to go away.
Since your pup is acting otherwise normal, I wouldn't make a special trip to the vet for it but would just keep an eye on it and if the limping/favoring gets worse, then make the trip.

She's 8-ish (we don't know her exact age because she was a rescue).
