Hi all,
Here are a few photos photos of our home. 
Some specs: it is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, mostly cookie cutter split entry. We managed to get on about 3/4 of the way through the build and customize a few things, but most we have done on our own after the fact. 
Some projects to note: 
1) we did the entire retaining wall on our own in the driveway, as well as all landscaping
2) this year's outdoor project was the lower patio deck, it is also rain proofed. 
3) last year's iutdoor project was refinishing the deck, and creating stairs (it had none). We also did the entire project DIY
4) inside, our latest project was our living room/fireplace. We also recently finished decorating the spare bedroom downstairs, with some hidden storage for office space
5) most of DD's nursery was DIY
5) we are currently looking at doing something with the family room downstairs (I made a post) and doing some diy projects for DD's "big girl room"
