Hmm, three way tie between a fresh green salad, grilled asparagus (with olive oil, balsamic, S&P), and zucchini and onions cooked in a pan with olive oil, garlic, turmeric and ginger.
Ugh. I slipped up today. I was starving and didn't enough to eat for lunch. I went to our local gourmet grocery store I get a big salad and they were making fresh presses tortillas. I was out of my mind I guess bc I ate the free sample they have me. My first big slip up on this plan and almost to the end! I'm swollen and puffy an feel like crap emotionally. I haven't had any swelling/water retention issues since starting this plan. So know I know what it's from
