I hope it will persa! I had no issues with mine paying and my ob was more than happy to provide any documentation.

I worked up until 24 weeks, then got put on bed rest due to cramping and spotting. I was pretty bummed since I found bed rest really isolating.

Updating that I worked through my 32 week and then went on leave. I'm 36 weeks today so I've been off for 3 weeks so that's been good.

My STD for the leave was approved after all so I get a little bit of money while on leave and then I'll get 6-8 weeks of STD after the babies come but will still take 12 weeks of maternity leave, the remainder will just be unpaid.

I went on bed rest at 33 weeks. I had STD start right away, and stayed home until the babies were 11 weeks old. My employer at the time was pretty accommodating. The reason I went back at 11 was because I would have had to start paying Cobra for my health insurance.
