Corbin will be one on the 25th and I am so over him being in our room, the only problem is he still wakes up 3-4 times a night and I end up nursing him in our bed.
Any advice on how to make this a smooth transition?

Do you have any help with MOTN wakings? I don't most nights because MH is at work, so this is what I do.
Nurse kiddo to sleep in his nursery and place in his crib to sleep (usually around 6:30/7pm for us). Any waking that happen before midnight, I go into his room and rock or nurse back to sleep (depending on when he last ate) and return him to his crib. After midnight, I bring him to my room and nurse him to sleep in my bed. It's just easier for me to sleep while he side-laying nurses.
When my husband is home he handles all wake ups before midnight. This can help with the comfort nursing, but be prepared for some crying.
