We still do and our kids are nearly 11 months old.
I was going to use an app (Baby Connect, I think), but it ended up being easier to do it with pencil and paper on a template my mom found. We still use the template for feedings and diapers, but use a white board for naps.
It sounds like you're going to anyway, but I would highly recommend tracking everything. There were many days, especially in the beginning, where I had to check multiple times to see who had pooped or how much someone had eaten.
I did this only until they were about 3 months old. We used pen and paper. I found a template online that I printed out. The annoying thing was that we have to keep printing out lots of copies of it but it worked best for us. I have a pdf of it, let me see if I can attach it somehow.
We did it till their first birthday, and I finally talked my husband into stopping. I think we could have stopped long before that, but he was/is the SAH, and it made him feel more in control. We had a little spot at the bottom of each day for notes, and I scribbled down a bunch of fun "firsts" and cute stuff that happened. Since there was no way I was keeping up with two baby books! Someday I'll actually type out the notes and throw away the binders. Maybe when they're in college.

Ok, hopefully this works:
I was just googling around for ideas and this was the one I printed! too funny. Glad it worked good for you though so I'll make sure to make a ton of copies before I go on ML.
We did on paper/pencil. I didn't have a smartphone waaay back then though.
We honestly ended up doing it for much longer than most (almost the whole first year!) for a few reasons: * we had meds to keep track of so that was a handy place for that * I had a hard time remembering for sure whose poopy diaper I had changed so it was good to be able to note patterns and realize if one baby was constipated or whatever. * It made it easier to stay on the same page w/DH/baby-sitters to know roughly when they were due for another feeding * We were dealing with a lot of eczema and allergy issues so it was handy to also track reactions to breastmilk, regular formula, hypoallergenic formula, different solids, etc.
We tracked for several weeks. We used the feed pro app. It was cheap and let's you track two babies. It also let's you track sleep, growth, and pumping. I really liked being able to track my pumping andnthey growth.
We did baby connect for the first year. I liked having the app because we could see trends mapped out but also could check in how things were going when we weren't there (either when the nanny was taking care of the or I was gone and my husband was taking care of them) There were many times we'd say things like I changed one of their diapers, I don't remember who and the app would come in very handy for a reminder.

Our boys are just about 11 months and I have no intention to stop tracking anytime soon. It comes in so handy to know when someone pooped last or look back over the last couple days and see appx when they've gone down for naps.
no..we did with a chart we made..paper and pen but stopped after a few days since no one was doing it consistently between me, DH and my mom. Honestly we didn't have much trouble remembering who did what.
