I know the answer is 'yes' but I don't know where the line is.
When is the amount of fat you're eating on Whole 30 too much? I know you aren't technically supposed to be tracking, but old habits die hard, so I've been inputting my food in MFP. My ratio of fat all 3 days is up around 50 percent.
It's all coming from Whole30 approved foods - almond butter, nuts, whole fat coconut milk, and full fat greek yogurt (I'm vegetarian, so I get that as a protein).
I'm mostly concerned because my protein has taken a hit since giving up dairy. Is this all ok? Should I stop tracking? This is why you don't track, isn't it?
The more fat I eat, the better results I have. I feel feel fuller and more satisfied. It's hard I break old habits. I was a weight watchers tracker for years. But just let it go and you'll see and feel the difference.
