I love ModCloth and they generally have very reasonable international shipping.

Unfortunately, with Norway's $30 customs limit, it doesn't do me much good.

Even though I'd happily pay the shipping, I still have to send stuff to the US and carry it home later.

FYI - Some of their cute dresses from designers like HellBunny, Closet, etc are the same price or cheaper if you buy them from a shop in the UK. I bought a cute dress at Aspire in Oxford during an IN GTG and was surprised to see it on ModCloth a few months later.
