And I know we're not supposed to weigh ourselves, but I was doing the MM DietBet challange and had to weigh myself this morning since it ends today. I've lost 16.4 lbs! Woot!!
Day 28. I had a really successful weekend. We had visitors and I 100% stuck to the plan. I just weighed myself this morning and Ive lost about 10 pounds so far.
Last compliant meal would probably be prime rib with whipped sweet potatoes wih ghee and fresh steamed green beans with sautéed almonds.

I have no idea what my last meal would be. Since I gave up red meat for health reasons a while ago, it would probably be a big fat juicy steak of some kind.
This weekend was largely not compliant. Trying to get back on track.
If my last meal had to be compliant, I would do a pan-fried piece of chicken with pan sauce, roasted potatoes, and green beans with slivered almonds, from a really yummy restaurant near us that makes this meal. (So there is a chance that this isn't 100% compliant, but oh well!)
