What are you all up to on this lovely Sunday afternoon/evening?

Right now I'm watering my trees, my little crape mertel is not doing too hot so I'm watering them heavily today in hopes that I can save it.

Other than that its just been a lazy day of laundry and reading. I took a short nap and now have sour dough bread going in my breadmaker we shall how that turns out.

DH and IJC are out playing basketball in the driveway. I am watching synchronized diving and googling Jordyn Wieber. We are so bummed for her after her giant upset today . Poor girl. Stupid news spoiled it for us!

H and I are watching the Olympics. We watched synchronized diving too. How were the Canadians even close to the Americans?? I'm happy they got silver though. Those Chinese divers were insanely good.

Watching Batman Begins with DHs family & eating ice cream. We already went out for ice cream earlier today (blushing face). Also googling pictures of cities I would like to live one day: Seattle, somewhere in Florida, coastal Maine.

I'm researching hotels and resorts for our Christmas trip to Thailand and holy smokes, I want to go there right now! There are so many choices and everything looks beautiful , it's going to be hard to decide!

He is definitely easy on the eyes (Lochte) but I find myself hardcore eye-rolling the entire time he gives interviews. Just STFU already, you sound like an epic douche.

I have a box of 40 cal fudge pops in the freezer in the garage so I had one of those a bit ago. I keep chocolate chips in the house for the primary purpose of fixing those chocolatey cravings.

I feel this way about Michael Phelps. Don't like that guy at all.

I think it is painfully obvious that his heart and head just aren't in it anymore. I feel like his mom is the only reason he's still competing at this level, she just seems so pushy. He should have gone out on top in Beijing.

Just watching the Olympics right now. We ventured out to the fair earlier, and I want to go back and watch Hunter Hayes perform here in a bit. The concert is free, so I figure why not. I feel like an Olympics junkie because that's all I'm going to be watching for the next 2 weeks!

I'm about to put R to bed. I think he may be getting pink eye. His eye's not red, but it's been golly and watery off and on all day. He keeps rubbing it too. My poor baby.

After the LO is in bed, I plan on looking through the ads in the paper. I might also get a bowl of pineapple and grapes.

I defrosted a piece of my birthday cake to eat while I watch Olympics even though I already had tempura cheesecake with dinner. Let my cats out of their room so that they can cause havoc in my house. Fuming that my cable TV provider doesn't participate in NBC's online Olympics stream thing. What if I don't want to watch the TV version? Why is it so difficult to find a quality link to the opening ceremony for DH to watch when he gets back on dry land? He's really looking forward to it but all I can find are clips and pixellated stuff on Youtube. Bah.

Just watch it. It's most likely just an allergy or the tear duct is plugged. Do a warm compress on his eye and just make sure its clean. If its pink eye he will wake up with it in the other eye in the morning. If its not then just the one eye will be doing what its doing. It should go away in a few days.

I want to whine just a little. I have a pinched nerve in my back, my ears feel like they are filled with fluid. And then Simon freaked out earlier because a cat walked on our fence and I was holding him. He hit his head on my jaw twice. It hurts!!!

Owww! RJ, our youngest pup, head butts occasionally when he is excited. He throws his head back and he has caught me in the nose a few times. It really does hurt!
