Today is day 32 for me. Yesterday I had a super early meeting so I never checked in. This morning I was 199.2. I started at 211,5. Getting below 200 was a goal. It's been about 5 years since I've been here. None of my size 16 clothing fits me and I wore an old pair of size 12 dress pants this week so that was exciting. I'm still on the plan because the weight loss is so fast and I really want to be at 185. That's where I used to be and maintained easily. The other main benefit is the feeling that my three meals a day are enough. No need for snacking. When I felt hunger, it wasn't that crazy shaky hunger where I felt like I would eat everything in sight. It was mostly easy to wait until my next meal.
My plan moving forward is to eat like this everyday except for when I eat out an then I will make my best choice. I plan to continue limiting or completely eliminating refined sugar, grains, and diary. And bad oils.
I will say I never felt like I had a lot more energy. I had steady energy but not more. I didn't have a crash at 3 every day, which in the past would cause me to go to the candy drawer.
Anyway, I've been recommending it to everyone bc I think it's such a great way I eating and thinking about food.

Congratulations! That is so awesome. I'm with you... I'm going to try to keep it up as much as possible once my 30 days are over (I'm on day 25 right now).
