I have read the sample of this book on my Kindle and have seen the good reviews on Amazon and Goodreads but I was wondering what you ladies thought of the book.
It's $12.99 and that's a little high since I've been finding good books for under $3 lately so I want to know if it's good enough to spend that much. If you read it, did you like it a lot?
Do you have the ability to check out library books on your kindle? I haven't read it, but I just got it from the library on my kindle, so I know it's available on overdrive - if you have a library account and your library has a large selection of ebooks.
I usually only buy kindle books if I REALLY want to read them and I can't get them through the library.
I think I do but I need to go get a library card. I haven't had one for years but I'm hoping the libraries where I live have a good selection. I wouldn't mind paying that much for an actual book but I think it's too high for an ebook.
Thanks for the info. I'm definitely going to see if I can borrow it before I spend the money.
Is it out in paperback yet? That usually drops the kindle price. I've only seen the hard cover at stores. I was thinking of starting with one of her other books because of the price on Gone Girl.
I LOVED this book. I'd pay that much for it. If you get a library card and your library has Dark Places by the same author, that one was fantastic too. It's a little older so they're more likely to have it.
I am thisclose into paying the $12.99 and downloading it. I haven't bought/paid for a book in months, have been lucky with the library so I think it's justified.

I read it on my Nook and can't remember what I paid for it (read it back in May/June), but I will say I REALLY enjoyed the book. It was the best one I had read in awhile, super fast read, and I'd highly recommend it.
