One of my favorite meals from this week was to saute shredded brussel sprouts for about 6 minutes and then when the pan is still hot (medium temperature) add three eggs to the pan and fry them with the brussel sprouts (kind of like how you toss in eggs at the end when you are making fried rice).
I haven't really tried any interesting recipes this week. I've mostly just been grilling meat/roasting veggies. I'm feeling great though and have tons of energy, so that makes me happy.
I'm post plan. Last night I went to a professional event after work and non plan food. I feel horrible. Puff pastry with Brie, chocolates, wine. My stomach was a mess last night and I feel bloated and crappy this morning.

Day 12. Yesterday was the first day that I really noticed a bunch of things coming together - my body suddenly looked less bloated, I went for a run and noticed a huge difference in my energy and normal aches/pains, and just felt better overall.
I have noticed that I haven't gotten this magical "I sleep so much better!" benefit people talk about. I am actually sleeping LESS, which isn't making me happy. I feel rested though, and I'm not dragging...so...?
I need to get better at drinking more water. That's always my biggest downfall.

I'm more on team "drink when you're thirsty" than downing a bunch of water just because. How much are you drinking now?

Never less than 32 I'd say. That's probably my norm. If I have a good day, I get around 48-56.
I drink decaf green tea in the morning (about 12 oz), and then water the rest of the day. That's where I'd like to get better. Sometimes I have decaf tea at night.
