Cumulative was my first thought as well. But they really should NOT have abbreviated if that's the case.

I teach elementary school and cumulative file is always shortened to cum files in emails, documents, etc. It still cracks me up every time I see it, but I guess nobody else seems to notice.

I think that's fine for things are sent only to teachers, etc. within the school, but sent home to parents?

On a related note, it's impossible to abbreviate analysis. try it!

I had to correct a document that abbreviated "assistant" incorrectly. Ass principal is not something you want printed.
