Puerto Rico with a 22 month old-need ideas

Can you give me recommendations for things to do and places to eat? DS will be with us all the time no matter where we go, so it has to be somewhat kid/stroller friendly.
We're staying part of the time in San Juan and the other part in Fajardo.

I will. Our neighbors and one of DH's co-workers are from PR, so hopefully we'll get some good suggestions.

We took our oldest when she was 24 months. We stayed in San Juan part of the time and another small city I can't remember part of the time. We drove to the rainforest one day and hiked to the waterfall. We went to the beach that is near the rain forest. We went to the forts in San Juan one day. We drove to the other side of tHe island one day. We went to Arecibo and the observatory one day. We spent a ton of time at the beach. The food there isn't great, I wish we would have eaten more at our condo, I was pretty over plantains and rice by the end. Our DD basically wasn't eating much by the end because it was all the same stuff at every restaurant. Mofongo was good exactly once, and then it was not good anymore.
